Breaktime in the sunshine plus pancakes! Does it get any better??
This morning the whole school joined in races, flipping pancakes in a traditional race for Shrove Tuesday. Whilst the history is not definitive, one story suggests that the races began after a housewife dashed to Church after hearing the Shriving Bell (calling people to confession) whilst still clutching her frying pan and pancake!
